Thank you for reading my Blogg (:
I can't believe the number of times this page has been accessed through searches like

Arrgh, I can't go on.
And this is since the 29th of January. Today's the 2nd of February. Giving an average of 3 hits a day from such searches! Maybe I'm just being dramatic. There has got to be a really good reason why people are doing searches like these.
*sigh*
For what its worth, thank you for visiting my blog.

Hateful Things
Sei Shonagon wrote plainly and harshly. She wrote perhaps for herself, and with that, was not restrained by politeness or courtesy. This is her list of Hateful Things.

A stroll in the Dark
So I casually went down to Sim Lim Square yesterday and bought myself a copy of Dark Age of Camelot. Granted, it was one of the last boxes in the whole mall, and I had to threaten one of the sales assistants to get my hands on it...it was an otherwise uneventful day.
I deleted Jadyte, the level 11 Eldritch of Hibernia. And in her place, I have Jadyte, the level 6 Druid of Hibernia. (Currently residing on the Igraine server, for those in the know.)
In the tradition of power-gaming munchkins all over the world, or course I twinked like it was going out of fashion. I made sure Jadyte Mach 1 was totally stripped of all her items, passed them over to another character (aka The Mule), and got Jadyte Mach 2 to get them all back from The Mule.
Sounds complicated? Not really. Just pretty tedious. And oh...definately worth the trouble.
I am currently on a dial-up connection from my house. I have tried...and tried! to get a better connection but lets just say the people at the telephone/ ISP are not very helpful.
Am I doomed to play DAoC from one of those shady looking internet cafes in Johor Baru for the rest of my life? Rubbing shoulders with pimply teenage boys who have not seen a shower in months, yelling into my ear while they blast each other in Counterstrike?
At least the internet cafes have ISDN. I can't complain about that. Meanwhile, MY phone line dangles from the telephone pole outside the house straight through my window into the room. When it storms, I lag. When its windy, I lag. When its a day with the letters "D-A-Y" in it, I lag.
