The US Two Dollar Note. Not just an urban legend.

Last week, I received this US$2 note from a random coffee shop in Saigon.
My lunch was US$18, and I paid with two US$10 notes.
The change came back, and it was a US$2 note.
Eh? A $2 note! How rare! Discontinued? Perhaps $2 notes were reissued recently? Trying to act nonchalant, I shoved the note into my bag and left. I was going to leave a tip, but not with a $2 note!
According to wikipedia, "... the production of the note is the lowest of U.S. paper money: under 1% of all notes currently produced are $2 bills..."
How much is this note worth?
