Someone needs to tell her that she is being abused.

How can anyone justify this as a form of medicine?

TCM - Traditional Chinese Medicine

Not all traditions are good.

Not everything chinese is mystical.

Not everything can be termed "medicine", just because an old chinese person says so.

This is not a rant against TCM.

I do not have enough evidence to totally discount it.

But I am ranting against charlatans and quacks. Using TCM to lie and mislead and cause pain.

That, I am against.

This poor woman, she is being abused under the guise of tradition.

And I should have told her that.
