Yup.Cubes of chilled jellied pork, refreshing and light. Surprisingly un-porky, and subtle. Served with sprigs of spring onions and a thin vinegar chili dip. Very addictive and guilt-free.
The white cubes are boiled shark meat. Slightly gamey, but tender. A strange combination indeed.
Since they are going to be closing down Chinatown's precious hawker center for 'upgrading', we have only a few more months to enjoy these delicacies before they are lost forever.
